I am over 60 and haven't played badminton for over 10 years. I learnt so much in the first lesson and enjoyed playing badminton again. I rebooked the PT lesson with Long Sir for next week. I highly recommend Long Sir if you are looking for a coach who is very patient, understanding, a great communicator and friendly. Here is my experience for me to share with you.

我在初級雙打水平，上了三堂課Long Sir1對1羽毛球指導。他教學的技巧非常實用，能馬上應用到實戰。Long Sir很有耐心，很快指出並糾正我的壞習慣，從轉身、握拍到步法，每個動作都講解詳細又易明。課後我問他實戰中的問題，他簡單幾句就解決我面臨嘅困難。收費合理，絕對物超所值！除了學到實戰技巧，最重要可以保護自己並減少受傷風險，進步遠超預期，真心推薦long sir 。
